Thank you for shopping with Altura Brew. We take great care in preparing and delivering your coffee so it arrives fresh and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through alturabrew.com.

 

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Please allow 5 business days for your order to be packaged and prepared for shipment.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another when your order has shipped.

Note: Processing times are separate from shipping times.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

We currently ship using USPS, UPS, and other carriers available through our shipping partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high‑volume periods.

 

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states and territories

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

 

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Altura Brew is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Packages returned due to incomplete information

  • Additional shipping fees required to resend an order

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

 

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely. However, once a package is handed to the carrier, delays or issues may occur.

If your package is:

  • Lost

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Damaged in transit

Please contact us at alturabrew@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
